Return, guarantee, buyback!
The descriptions and photos of the products for sale are always of the item! Before buying, if necessary, of course, more pictures and additional information can be requested!
In all cases, a photo/video of the dispatched items will be taken! The use, handling and storage of this documentation is subject to the provisions of the law!
In case the shipment is lost or damaged during postal delivery, full compensation is only possible if the customer has chosen value-insured dispatch and delivery and has paid the postage! In the event of loss or damage to a parcel without value insurance, only the fixed amount of compensation based on the dispatch fee may be claimed!
If there are visible defects or damage to the consignment at the time of receipt, these must be recorded by the deliverer, or by the postal service if the consignment was received by post, in the postal report in all cases for the purposes of the procedure, the determination of liability and the application for compensation!
For items purchased on vintages.shop, the buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.) This right is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The cancellation must be made by sending an email to vintages.shop@yahoo.com or handing it in personally on the spot. In the event that the buyer withdraws from the purchase, he/she is obliged to return the product by post without delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the withdrawal, or, if possible, to return it in person. The refund will not be paid until the product has been physically returned and its contents have been inspected! We can then process the refund according to the original payment! Refunds will be initiated within 3 days!
We are not able to make any compensation claims for returned products that may have been lost or damaged during delivery!
